In this role, you will work on labeling and annotating data that powers AI and machine learning models. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities

Manually label and annotate text, audio, images, and video following detailed guidelines.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of annotations based on established standards.

Follow task instructions carefully and complete assignments within deadlines.

Demonstrate strong reading, writing, and listening skills for diverse annotation tasks.

Describe images, audio clips, or videos using correct sentence structure, grammar, and vocabulary.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment.

Troubleshoot annotation challenges and maintain expected data quality levels.

Assist in gathering non-personal data (audio clips, images, videos, receipts, buildings, roads, vehicles, etc.) as needed for model development.

Quickly learn new tools, annotation platforms, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Ability to operate laptops/desktops comfortably.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Quick learner with solid problem-solving skills.

Must be willing to work on-site and in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
